 When a contact consists of a large number of buddies, their logging off
 (of every network simultaneously) causes the sound to be played many
 (4-10) times in rapid succession.

 I think should be some kind of per-contact threshold (maybe 3-5 seconds)
 for logoff sound notifications to be ignored.
