 We've just been discussing some potential plugin problems in #pidgin and I
 propose we punt the autoaccept plugin back to the plugin pack. We've long
 held that autoreply on protocols without autoreply is confusing and
 potentially dangerous. Is the autoreply plugin safe? Is it too confusing?
