We've just been discussing some potential plugin problems in #pidgin and I
propose we punt the autoreply plugin back to the plugin pack. We've long
held that autoreply on protocols without autoreply is confusing and
potentially dangerous. Is the autoreply plugin safe? Is it too confusing?

Comment:

The discussion in #pidgin was primarily about autoreply... updating
description to reflect that (my 2c: I think it should be punted back to
 plugin pack)
