 I asked someone in the cia channel who is involved in the cia project,
 they obviously didn't know about this. The cia page doesn't have monotone
 mentioned on the page that lists the different add-on scripts. Since this
 is blocking 2.0.0 I figured that commenting would help move it along,
 since it is a simple fix if there's a script for this already.
