Comment:

 * We don't need two service files with the same contents.
  * The Exec stuff needs more thought.
   * Switching from @bindir@ to @prefix@ is wrong.
   * Surely we shouldn't have Pidgin referenced in a libpurple service
 file.
   * What does Exec do? Do we need it?
