#168: Handle "you have logged in somewhere else" errors smarter

My ICQ, Yahoo, and MSN accounts all get knocked offline when I sign in
from another location. When I get back to my original location, I have
three connection-error buttons, which I have to click, which raises three
dialogs, which I have to hit "reenable" on.
There should be one connection error button that says "Reenable accounts
logged in from somewhere else" or something (prefereably shorter and
better), that then logs in all my disconnected accounts.
There was a similar idea to do this automatically based on idle detection,
but I don't think that's a good idea.
