 I attached the `trac-post-commit-hook` to the
 `note_netsync_revision_received` hook.

 It searches commit messages for text in the form of:
  * command !#1
  * command !#1, !#2
  * command !#1 & !#2
  * command !#1 and !#2

 It understands the following commands:
  * To Close Tickets:
   * `close`, `closed`, `closes`, `fix`, `fixed`, `fixes`
  * To Comment on Tickets:
   * `addresses`, `re`, `references`, `refs`, `see`
