 I think one too many pixmaps were axed --

 If I recall correctly (confirmed by repository diving), pidgin/pixmaps
 /insert-image.png was used for "no set buddy icon" by the global status
 dropdown. It's no longer there. (I see a large gray area where it was,
 though)
