#238: Plugin: Gaim Themecontrol Configure Plugin window is cut off

 Okay, here's what happened.

 1) From the Plugins window, I enabled Gaim GTK+ ThemeControl Plugin.

 2) Having enabled the plugin, I then clicked on "Configure Plugin" for
 ThemeControl.

 3) The "Configure Plugin" window appears but it is a bit too large and the
 bottom part of the window is cut off. Please look at the attached file for
 details.

 Here is my screen resolution: 1024 x 768
 Current Ubuntu version: Feisty Fawn 7.04 Final
