 server sent PREFIX=(qaohv)~&@%+ to gaim, so ~username is an admin of this
 server, but in userlist this user is viewed like this:
 ~Nir0
 (18:38:58) mode (+q Nir0) set by irc.tyuport.ru

 also +a doesn't work
