 The display of channel modes on IRC (and possibly SILC) is still missing.

 Channel modes could be displayed in the window title or tab e.g. "(+pt)
 #mychannel".

 For IRC there is a dirty workaround: A user can open up the Debug console
 and manually use command /mode to get information he wants.

 (gaim2.0.0beta6, WinXP Pro SP2) (This is a modified resubmit of a still
 valid request (originally on SourceForge: Feature Requests item #981080 by
 BB||negBB (bbornegbb)).)
