#275: Jabber -> XMPP switch

 I have a bad feeling about switching Jabber to XMPP in the UI without even
 a hint that XMPP is "Jabber", which is what people know. Please keep the
 technical stuff out of the UI.

 In comparison, we have AOL and ICQ and not a single OSCAR protocol. I
 think XMPP should be renamed Jabber again and additionaly, a Google Talk
 "fake protocol" should be added (like OSCAR->ICQ,AIM).

 The GTalk protocol should just provide it's own icon, making it easier to
 associate with Google Talk, pre-define the right server etc settings and
 allow to define a [GTalk] emoticon set, matching the emoticons used by the
 official GTalk client. (And, if ever Pidgin gets voice/video support, it
 would be nice to have this associated with the GTalk protocol, too)
