 IRC protocol has a "whowas commmand" that is shows some information about
 a person that was recently connected to the network and Gaim/Pidgin is
 missing it. Data retrieved by it is somehow similar to that for /whois.

 (gaim2.0.0beta6, WinXP SP2) (This is a modified resubmit of a still valid
 request (originally on SourceForge: Feature Requests item #1384221 by
 me).)
