 Copying from zh_TW is of course an acceptable solution, in that Hong Kong
 people can still understand and use the interface; however, better thing
 can be done. With simple script zh_TW translation can be converted to
 zh_HK one with word usage better suited to Hong Kong people. Right now
 discussing on mailing list.
