 Repost of Feature Requests 1570424 from sourceforge:

 Gtk 2.10 has native support for tab reordering and breaking-out.  Would it
 be possible to add a check to see if the gtk version >= 2.10.0 and if so
 then do not include the gaim version of that feature?
