 When a buddy initiates a file transfer with you, an "Accept" dialog opens
 with the title "gaim.exe". When you  click "Accept", the new window that
 opens has the tiltle  "Save File...". It would be nice if the accept
 window actually had a title, like "Accept file from ..." or something
 similar.
