 I don't know how you know this, but yes, I do have Tweak UI installed.
 However, I didn't turn on "Prevent applications from stealing focus". I
 only enabled X-Mouse style window activation.

 With Gaim 1.5 and my current Tweak UI setting, the auto raise of window
 works fine.
