 Updated patch attached. There's now a GntWS, and the default WM does more
 of the workspace work (it does the bindings and workspaces are specified
 in ~/.gntrc, as you suggested above). There are some things I'm not so
 sure about (for example reading the workspaces in in gntstyle).

 There are also some obvious things that need improving - I think widget
 hidden signals should be emitted when changing WS, so that for example,
 the blist can remove its tooltip window (at the moment, the (transient)
 tooltip window will stay there when switching if it's visible). But
 there's enough base stuff here now for us to both work on these things, I
 think.

 I'll discuss with sadrul on irc where the line is between default WM
 functionality and addon WMs.
