 I was reading through the instructions for building pidgin on windows and
 I was confused as to why I need cygwin. Shouldn't it just be able to build
 in any UNIX environment? What exactly is the difference between the two
 "make.exe"s? Why do I need to use the cygwin one instead of Mingw, which
 msys uses? I personally prefer msys over cygwin because cygwin requires
 that all UNIX stuff is in the C:\cygwin directory (right?) and it would be
 really nice if pidgin would compile under msys instead. I would assume
 that's just something that needs to be changed in the build files.
