 Somewhat related to ticket #44, libpurple (or Pidgin) should automatically
 combine buddies where we know *for certain* they are the same account on a
 given service.

 I believe I committed some prpl URL stuff before. Basically, if the URL is
 the same for two buddies in the same group, they should be combined.
