 When MSN tells the core someone is idle, it should set time(NULL) unless
 it's the initial notice when we've logged in. This would allow the core to
 show a proper idle time for MSN users. (The exception for logging in is so
 that we don't assume they went idle the moment we logged in, but instead
 don't show any data.)

 Really, the same applies to any other protocol that doesn't support idle
 time, so maybe this should be fixed in the core only?
