 hm. I'm not sure if I'm making my local.mak file incorrectly or what, but
 I have a file named "local.mak" in the gaim-2.0.0beta6 directory (the base
 directory and the directory with the Makefiles) with the following in it:
 PERL := /c/Perl/bin/perl
 EXTUTILS := /c/Perl/lib/ExtUtils

 and I'm getting the following error:
 /bin/sh.exe: /cygdrive/c/perl/bin/perl: No such file or directory
 make[4]: *** [Cipher.c] Error 127
 make[4]: Leaving directory `/c/Documents and Settings/Ankit Singla/My
 Documents/Source Files/gaim-2.0.0beta6/libgaim/plugins/perl/common'
