Old description:

New description:

 The core knows (or really should be reworked to know) the status for each
 buddy. Instead of each prpl adding a Status line to the tooltip, it should
 be done once by the core.

 Jabber is a little more complex because of separate statuses for
 resources, so either the core API needs to be expanded, or Jabber would
 have to do something hacky like ripping off the last line in the string
 and then append the status lines itself.
