 This allows tagging chats and groups and attaching them elsewhere. I have
 tried to add comments in places to keep things clear. I had to add some
 codes in some places that I was not expecting would be necessary. Could
 you please take a look and see if things are alright, or if there's some
 superfluous changes in here. This is not a major thing, so if we are not
 sure, then we can hold this off until 2.0.0 is out. But if it's good, I
 would like to get this in before 2.0.0.
