 This wouldn't even need to be a pidgin plugin, it would just need to bind
 specific invocations of purple-send since that can call basically the same
 pidgin functions that a plugin can. If your window manager doesn't support
 allowing you to bind keys to arbitrary commands then you should either get
 a better one or get one of the other applications that lets you do that.
