 As a preface: I use windows so I have no way of checking if this issue
 exists on linux.

 There seems to be an issue with 2.0.0b6's clipboard (I am using  GTK+
 Runtime: 2.10.7 and Glib Runtime: 2.12.7 , so maybe someone could confirm
 this with other GTK runtimes, I had strange behavior confirmed on irc with
 another GTK runtime, however)

 If copy any text from a window within 2.0.0b6, and close the window, the
 text leaves the clipboard.  For example, if I get someone's info, copy a
 link from their info, close the window, I no longer have the link in my
 clipboard.

 Correct functionality existed in 2.0.0b5, when you copy something, and
 close the window, it should remain in your clipboard.
