 The file menus don't paint correctly in Vista with transparency enabled,
 and all of the video options tuned on.  This happens on both my laptop and
 desktop and only on vista.  One is running the 32 bit version and the
 other is running the 64 bit version.

 The file menus show properly, but when one is selected it is white.  This
 could be due to coloring schemes in vista, I haven't explored it fully.
 No other application has this sympton, however.

 I have attached a screenshot.
