 Pressing Control+C in a conversation text input box, or in the
 conversation display widget, without first selecting a block of text
 clears the clipboard.

 STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
 1. Open a conversation window.
 2. Type something in it.
 3. Select some stuff and copy/cut it.
 4. Deselect everything, click in the text input, and press Control+C
 5. Try to paste. Whatever was in the clipboard has been erased.

 EXPECTED:
 Pressing Control+C without any text selected should not clear the
 clipboard contents.
