 The new Pidgin 2.0.7b will not run at all on my computer. After installing
 (including the new GTK+) on XP, I execute Pidgin, and immediate a window
 titled "Error" appears with the message:
 Error loading pidgin.dll.
 Error: (127) The specified procedure could not be found.
 [OK]

 This error appears with the program after both the regular and debug
 installer. I don't know how to gen a backtrace in Windows, though, so I
 cannot provide one.

 This other error also appears when double clicking pidgin.exe instead of
 choosing to run Pidgin after installation from the installation-finished
 prompt:
 pidgin.exe - Entry Point Not Found; The procedure entry point
 g_thread_gettime could not be located in the dynamic link library
 libglib-2.0.0.dll. [OK]
