 The thing is, seeing the protocol won't help with *necessarily* having
 fewer clicks to reach your msn contact.  If AIM was the top buddy before,
 you would still have to right click.  That has not changed.

 If you want to force msn to always be the top buddy when online, you can
 do that.  The contact priority plugin available in the source does not
 compile and install by default, but were you to compile it yourself, it
 would give you precisely the sort of control necessary to be able to just
 click & send and always have it be MSN when MSN is available.

 I'm still not really seeing a reason to put the protocol icon back.  I'm
 seeing *other* issues, where the protocol icon is *at best* only slightly
 related.
