 The tray icon seem to require being redone. This is a meta bug for a bunch
 of tray icon issues, in order of priority:
 - The tray icon should show the invisible status. (this should probably be
 done for 2.0.0 even if the other icons are not redone)
 - The tray icon should be identifiable as belonging to Pidgin at all
 sizes, even 16px
 - The tray icon should come in all different sizes (16, 22, 32, 48).


 This bug affects #49 #418 #406
