 I have been trying to get the settings and logs for Pidgin on Windows XP
 to store in another directory outside Doc/Setting.  I have been trying the
 Environmental Variable which doesn't seem to be working.  It worked
 previously in gaim fine but not with the newest version of Pidgin.  Any
 ideas?  I have tried setting it many times, restarting and on two
 machines.  No luck.
