 Er sorry, it's not just URI linkification, it's all links. Any link of the
 form [http://url-with-&-in-it text] will be sent as text <http://url-with
 -&-in-it>.

 Also, when part of the text is bold -- [http://url-with-&-in-it
 '''boldtext''' normaltext], say -- it goes out as[[BR]]
 boldtext <http://url-with-&-in-it> normaltext <http://url-with-&-in-it>.
 It does not happen with
 [http://url-with-&-in-it normaltext '''boldtext''' normaltext].

 (The '''boldtext''' in the above is supposed to be in bold, but looks like
 there's a WikiFormatting bug here :P)
