 First, IMHO, moving the formatting buttons to a dropdown, also the
 link/image/smiley buttons to another dropdown, is a poor design choice.
 The toolbar wasn't overpopulated to begin with and now the user is
 required to perform an additional step to perform the same operations that
 he performed in the previous versions in a simpler way.

 Second, either using the "Font" or "Insert" drop down, it does not close
 on a click outside it (a second click outside it is required), also, after
 calling the smiley window, for example, the drop down menu is still
 visible. One more click is needed.
