#2379: AIM client available message limit differs from pidgin limit

I can type a 250 character away message into the official AIM client
(beta) before it won't let me type new text. All 250 characters will show
up in a "get info" in either Pidgin or the official client.

Pidgin lets me enter whatever I want for an available message, but only
sends the first 57 characters (and replaces three with "...", so I guess
the limit is really 60 in Pidgin) to the server.

I'm not sure whether 250 is imposed by the protocol or the official
client, but Pidgin's limit should at least match the AIM client's limit,
assuming AIM isn't cutting off third party clients' available messages as
 they go through the server.
