 I have the same problem (on Windows XP SP2) I have to edit blist.xml to
 reorganize groups since the GUI stopped to let me do it on 2.1.0 (btw as
 wrongly marked on this ticket the problem is on 2.1.0 not on 2.0.2) ;)

 Finally it is fixed for 2.1.1? It means if I get the latest source code
 (from SVN or whatever you are using right now) and compile it the problem
 is solved? Couldn't you make a 2.1.0a or something since this is really
 annoying (well I found a temporary workaround by manually editing but it's
 a pain in the ass) and newcomers will be completely freaked out with it?

 And guys keep the good work!! Anxiously waiting for 2.1.2 (and later for
 the MSNP14 branch merge)!
