 I actually went and found some more info and may have found a work around
 for this bug.  Ticket 1745 explains a work around that was used by
 clearing the Logging Directory for talk.ini.  I like to keep logs in
 Trillian for work purposes so I was able to add a \ at the end of the
 Directory= line and that works now.
