 Prior versions of Pidgin had an extremely convenient way to edit
 channel/room topics in chats such as IRC where users could edit the topic
 right in the topic field.  With the new conversation window changes in
 2.1, this is no longer possible and there is no way to edit the topic
 without using IRC commands directly.
