#2451: Chat room alias doesn't show up in chat window if the room redirects

 This only happened with IRC, but I had #gaim aliased in my buddy list as
 Pidgin. Whenever I entered the room, though, Pidgin decided it's alias was
 #pidgin. When I changed the room to #pidgin in my buddy list, the alias
 changed to Pidgin in the conversation window. The screenshot of #gaim is
 in the screenshot.

 I would expect both cases to behave the same. The infopane should show
 what the room name is as written in the buddy list. The tab should show
 the local alias unconditionally.
