 Docking Pidgin (using the Windows Pidgin Options plugin) doesn't remove
 the task button   (the thing just to the right of the start menu, if I got
 the name wrong).  This happens both when docking an undocked Pidgin, or
 when Pidgin first starts up already docked.  Despite its status as a
 docked toolwindow, the task button remains.[[BR]]
 Hiding and showing the buddy list removes the button and (correctly) does
 not show it again that session until the buddy list is undocked
 again.[[BR]]
 Docking the list should immediately remove the task button, and starting
 up Pidgin docked shouldn't create one to begin with...
