 Host OS: Windows XP
 pidgin 2.1.0
 GTK+ Runtime: 2.10.13
 Glib Runtime: 2.12.12

 When using control + page up or page down to scroll through open chat tabs
 that are from different XMPP accounts, pidgin is able to switch to the
 second account, but not switch back out to the previous or next tab,
 unless the previous or next tab is associated with the second account.

 Example:

 Tab 1,2,4 are from XMPP_1 account
 Tab 3 is from XMPP_2 account

 Starting from Tab 1, I can control + page down to tab 2, then to tab 3,
 but can no longer use control + page down nor control + page up to leave
 that tab.

 Starting from Tab 3, I am unable to use control + page down nor control +
 page up to leave that tab.

 I am able to use the mouse scroll wheel, though.
