 Previously in gaim (right up to around the last beta before it became
 pidgin) when a remote user closed their window or went idle I was
 notified.

 In pidgin this no longer happens.

 I've had a look around the bug database and I'm not sure if this is
 related to #93 or not.

 I'm using Pidgin 2.1.0 on Debian Unstable on i386.
