 This is re: 2.1.0 on WinXP.

 This is related to, but not the same as, #2419 (which I'm really hoping
 makes it into 2.1.1, but anyway...).

 With the change in the way the channel/buddy name and topic are displayed
 at the top of a conversation, this section of the window seems to take up
 more space.  This used to just have a (useful) text entry field for the
 topic, and now it displays a (chat) conversation icon next to the channel
 name and topic.  This appears at least to take up more space.

 It would be nice to be able to remove this icon, and/or resize this
 section of the window.
