Comment:

 Unfortunately, yes. Nothing major since all I had to do was patch it to
 explicitly define _XOPEN_SOURCE_EXTENDED, but for whatever reason it still
 doesn't pick up the unix flag I guess. Anyway to pass this in configure
 maybe?
