 Console is using UTF-8.
 Finch works, but russian strings are not looking good.

 "�~_�~Aевдоним" instead of "Псевдоним", "Сооб�~Iение" instead of
 "Сообщение".

 In terms of english words, for example: "�~_�~Areate" instead of "Create".
