 Attached is a working set of patch. I only changed the stuff that
 prevented it from patching, didn't fix the line numbers or anything else..
 I take no responsibility if it doesn't work!

 Please note that I have not done any changes to the programming, so I have
 not fixed any of the issued rlaager brought up, which maybe the original
 programmer could look at, sadly I have zero experience with GTK
 programming and no idea how everything works in Pidgin.. sorry.

 This group of patches should work with todays MTN code, I just tested it.
 So far I have had no problems related to these patches, and have been
 using them for some time. It would be great to see them cleaned up and
 incorporated into the branch, I think this is a great feature to be
 included when the MSNP14 branch is merged back into the main one.
