 Not so much a bug as a slight oddity. It seems that, on the Windows port
 of Pidgin at least, if you change the system timezone while Pidgin is open
 and logging, the numerical timezone postfix on the logfiles will change,
 while the text postfix will remain whatever was known at program start.

 For example, -0800PST will change to +1000PST, until you restart Pidgin,
 which makes it change to the proper +1000EST.

 Like I said, not so much a bug, as this really is only likely to cause a
 little confusion in log file order, but still an odd defect.
