 msimprpl should support web challenges. These allow for having the user
 automatically logged-in when they click a link to myspace.com (to read
 their messages, view friend requests, etc).

 See MsimProtocolSpec for what is currently know about this. Probably
 requires RE to get to the method for generating the web challenges.
