 If the local time will be displayed in the contact list, it will have to
 be refreshed : not very pleasant...

 A better place would be in the popup (hint) info that opens then the mouse
 is left upon a contact name (with pseudo, state, list, blocked, etc)

 At this place, the contact local time needs only one computation (on
 popup) and does not need to be refreshed.

 Are you thinking it may simplify the thing ?
