 Confirmed fixed in 2.1.1.  Thanks so much!

 However, as an aesthetic thing, I'd suggest removing the WS_EX_TOOLWINDOW
 style at the same time the appbar is unregistered.  It looks a bit strange
 to see maximized windows resize but the window still appear to be a
 toolwindow.  The other way around (when it becomes an appbar) is fine as
 it is.
 Only if you have a few minutes :P
